Spent over $500 for the 14k gold monogram necklace. It arrived and was bendable! Super thin, can not close the clasp as the ring is too small for the tiny clasp. This was for my daughter’s 21st birthday- very disappointed! I did request a refund. Waiting for the seller to reply.
