Super cute necklace! Made the perfect gift for my niece’s 15th birthday. The name has a polished finish. The craftsmanship is great! The chain is really thin & may not be suitable/sturdy enough for everyday wear. Please don’t take that as a complaint, though. I rated customer service a 5, but there was no issue involved that needed discussed with them. Shipping was fast. I would definitely recommend this shop.
