I messaged the seller several times after purchasing this item and they were not willing to help me. They continuously told me that I would have to wait weeks to resolve my issue and that was unacceptable. Etsy stepped in and corrected this for me. The customer service is poor and I would not recommend this seller. Even the representative with Etsy agreed that they should have resolved this issue immediately. I would not recommend this seller.
