This is the second heart charm I have purchased. Both are extremely well done, great quality and size is as expected. I have ordered charms from other sites and have been disappointed in the size &/or the inability to engrave names and dates on both sides.

These 14K gold hearts are just what I was looking for to add to a charm bracelet with charms for each of my grandchildren. They are not exactly like the charms I already have on the bracelet, but close enough. Most sites on Etsy do not engrave both the back and front &/or have fewer letter limits. I was able to get the charms with my grandchildren's first name on the front and birthdate on the back. Saves the time and trouble of ordering plain charms and finding a place to engrave them.

Very happy. Exactly as described. Custom engraving done very well. Mock up picture provided prior to shipping. Seller had great communication. You can’t always tell by the pictures how it will look in person, so I was really happy with it when it arrived.
